About the event
We at the Yoga Wellness Center, share a deep commitment to both the practicals and the theoretical teaching of yoga. Our Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) is accredited under Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India, Karnataka Samskrit University, Govt. of Karnataka and Indian Yoga Association. Yoga Wellness Center is also accredited Fit India Yoga Centre, Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs.
Here at Yoga Wellness Center, we offer a 6-month intensive Training Course. This is conducted over two days, during the weekends, with a total of fifteen hours of contact classes per week. This is designed to accommodate the needs of people who have full working days- at office and home.
Every student of TTC, is given unlimited access to the ongoing regular classes that are conducted at the center, over the weekdays. This enables students to improve self- practice, observe others and improve their daily practices and assist classes.
Our teacher training program, covers a range of practices- yoga required for a teacher to know including regular Hatha Yoga, Meditations and Yoga Nidra. The course is designed to encourage every students to understand various needs of people and offer specific yoga practices that address those needs- individual, corporate, special needs, stress, therapy, prenatal and for specific age groups.
The YTTC offers a unique blend of the vast knowledge of traditional yoga and draws from the syllabuses of YCB Level (Yoga Protocol Instructor and Yoga Wellness Instructor) and Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Shashtra that it accords, from it affiliation to Yoga from Karnataka Samskrit University and Advance certificate course of Indian Yoga Association. Also allow participants to fulfill professional as well as academic needs.
Our comprehensive approach allows for each student to have a well-rounded idea about yoga, to nurture students to first be able to attain knowledge for self-practice, understanding yogic principle and to apply in day to day life. Thereafter, groom this knowledge to be able to teach others.
